Ingredients:-
1 medium Cucumber,peeled
3 Cups Cantaloupe Chunks
10 large Mint leaves ,torn
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
Method:-
First peel and cut the cucumber into slices.Cut the cantaloupe into chunks.
Mix in a bowl cucumber, cantaloupe ,mint leaves,lemon and olive oil.Add a few pinches of salt to taste.Add Black pepper Powder.Mix well.
Serving :-83 cal , 4 g fat ,2 g protein,o mg cholesterol , 2 g fiber
